In our family business, which is steeped in tradition, Green Velvet – Absinthe Originale is being distilled according to the traditional method and using the original family recipe from 1898 in Couvet, right in the heart of Val-de-Travers.

The herbs are carefully hand-picked, dried and processed in the Couvet cellars, just as they were 100 years ago. Wormwood, aniseed, fennel and a multitude of other premium herbs are combined with alcohol, macerated and processed to become an absinthe of highest quality.

Green Velvet is bottled in Couvet and carried out into the world to share a privileged experience and the legend of Absinthe with you.
